Notifications (via email, the Postman App) and integrations were down from 10:30 AM UTC on February 10, 2019 to 3:28 PM UTC on February 13, 2019. This was traced back to a bug in the notification module and was fixed immediately upon discovery.

Daily & weekly summary mailers remained down until 7:00 PM UTC on February 13, 2019, at which point we deployed a fix to begin sending these at a throttled rate to avoid overloading the system. The summary mailer backlog was cleared by 16:17 AM UTC on February 13, 2019. All systems back to normal.
